Welcome to The Greyt Escape, a place where you’ll want to relax, have fun and enjoy nature at its best!

This log cabin was built in 2006. Its amenities include among other things a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins w/trundles), loft with TV w/DVD/VCR, living room w/pellet stove, dining room, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, towels and bedsheets. We have a good supply of videos and books for your entertainment. The cabin can accommodate from 6 to 8 people with (2 sleeper sofas).

Our 10 acres of land and the cabin are part of a mountain, sitting on the base of it. You have easy access to hiking trails, fishing, golfing, antiquing, bike trails and lots of other things to do. While the cabin is located in a secluded area, you will be within 10 miles of Delhi, and 30 minutes from Oneonta. Hunter Mountain, Bellayre Ski Resort and Ski Plattekill are all within 30 – 60 minutes drive time.

This area is wonderful for taking scenic drives, antiquing, relaxing, fishing, and taking a break from the hectic life. People here are friendly, helpful and always open for a chat. If you’re more action-oriented, you can go tubing and canoeing down the Delaware River and its contributaries, walk on the old railroad trail between Delhi and Stamford (now a walking path), go hiking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, skiing at any of the area ski centers, attend local fleamarkets, summer fests and any number of public events throughout the year.
